During lunch, the Chamber is hosting its first-ever Woman-less Beauty Pageant, where we will crown “Miss-ter New Bern Chamber-licious!” Community leaders Mayor Lee Bettis (Chestie LaRuu), Charles Cushman (Tequila Mockingbird), Chuck Dale (Margarite de Ville), Jimmie Hicks, Jr. (Kristi Kreme), Richard Leissner (Randi-Ann Luce), Ernie Richardson, III (Ernestine E. Legal), Dan Roberts (Candy Cane), Kevin Roberts (Trixie Sunset), Chad Sittig (Seductive Sally), and Curt Williford (Madame Foxy Roxy) are all competing for the title. Judging will be based on talent and a question and answer segment (or, Who’s Smarter Than a Fifth Grader?). Emceeing our pageant are WCTI –TV 12 News Anchors Annette Newell and Wes Goforth!
