FISH! – Catch the Energy, Release Your Potential

By Debbie Zang, ECIM

FISH! Is not just about how to make your work day better, but a way of life!

Ever heard of the Pike Place Fish Market in Seattle, WA?  This session will teach you their philosophy on how to get energized in order to provide excellent customer service.

Our seminar leader, Debbie Zang, Director of Operations with ECIM, will engage, entertain, and inspire you to eethink what excellence means to those we serve and how to deliver it for measurable results.

By using what you learn, you will become a better employee (or manager), and a better person!

This is one fish tale that is true ~ so, get hooked!!

During lunch, the Chamber is hosting its first-ever Woman-less Beauty Pageant,

where we will crown

“Miss-ter New Bern Chamber-licious!”

Community leaders Mayor Lee Bettis (Chestie LaRuu), Charles Cushman (Tequila Mockingbird), Chuck Dale (Margarite de Ville), Jimmie Hicks, Jr. (Kristi Kreme), Richard Leissner (Randi-Ann Luce), Ernie Richardson, III (Ernestine E. Legal), Dan Roberts (Candy Cane), Kevin Roberts (Trixie Sunset), Chad Sittig (Seductive Sally), and Curt Williford (Madame Foxy Roxy) are all competing for the title.

Judging will be based on talent and a question and answer segment

(or, Who’s Smarter Than a Fifth Grader?).

Emceeing our pageant are

WCTI –TV 12 News Anchors Annette Newell and Wes Goforth!
