Founded in 1981, Blue Arbor is a woman-owned North Carolina HUB Certified small business enterprise, and is certified as a minority woman-owned business in the State of Florida. We are a rapidly growing human resources company with headquarters in New Bern, NC, and offices throughout the Southeast. Additionally, with remote hiring practices on the rise, we have a proven ability to serve clients Nationwide.

Our goal is to ensure total Client and Employee Satisfaction. We will promptly and profitably supply thoroughly screened, qualified, positive employees, to reputable and credit-worthy clients, whom will provide a safe work environment.
