    Meeting space that’s budget friendly—Members may rent the Chamber’s meeting space FREE OF CHARGE for certain qualifying events or consider enhanced rental packages that start at only $70 for larger events. The room can accommodate up to 65 people and we offer A/V equipment for presentations, plus a catering kitchen. Rental opportunities are available 365 days of the year. That’s a really hot deal!

    Ribbon Cuttings / Ground Breaking Ceremonies

    Ribbon Cutting/Ground Breaking—One of the best ways to promote your business is getting customers to truly notice your business! At the Chamber, we offer our members ribbon cutting events, along with ground breaking ceremonies. If you choose to hold either event, you’ll receive the following:

    • Personal guidance from one of our expert Chamber staff members on how best to organize your event.

    • Free press coverage in the New Bern Sun Journal via a press release announcing your event.

    • Cost: Ribbon Cutting and/or Ground Breaking Ceremony - FREE, $25 for framed photo.

    Business Expo

    Business Expo—The annual business expo attracts over 1500 attendees and is positioned to help members spotlight their business at New Bern’s very own convention center.
