Crystal Coast machine is a custom machine builder and robot integrator. We provide custom automation solutions for local manufacturers. We are an authorized Fanuc robot integrator. Our inhouse capabilities include machine design, electrical controls design, PLC programming, robot programming, part machining, fabrication, machine assembly, service, and repair. Some examples of recent projects include a robotic assembly machine with automated screwdrivers for dishwasher assembly, Household air filter assembly machines, Robotic injection molding machine tending with vision inspection. Automated lifecycle testing machine for washing machines, Robotic assembly of a domestic water heater subassembly and many other assembly work cells.
