Joseph Seeley has over 33 years of experience servicing appliances in a busy, metropolitan area. He passed a rigorous certification exam to become a master appliance technician, a level of expertise held by very few in his field. With Joseph, you can count on the fact that you have the very best at your service.

Appliance repair isn’t a side-business or a hobby for Joseph; it’s been his passion since he graduated High School in 1988! You can trust Cavalry to provide safe, timely, honest, high quality service. Joseph is background checked and insured and lives, works and plays right in New Bern. He is your neighbor!

Although we do our best, we recognize that we aren’t perfect. If our repair fails and we can’t correct it, we’ll remove any parts we installed and completely refund what you paid in parts and labor (with the exception of the original service charge to diagnose your appliance).

We ALWAYS honor our Military/Military Spouses and Law Enforcement Officers with a 10% Discount off labor! Thank you for trusting us with your Appliance Service Needs- we don't take that lightly!
