Med First is a walk-in medical provider of primary and urgent care services to patients across North Carolina and South Carolina. We have 17 Patient Centered Medical Home (PCMH) designated facilities that offer convenient and timely primary and urgent care, treating everything from minor emergencies to managing patients with chronic conditions. We will be open weekdays from 7am-7pm and we are open 7 Days A Week.
